Fricke-Parks Press was incorporated on July 20, 1972. Carl Fricke, a local minister and owner of the publication The Dollar Saver, was President and majority stockholder. Robert Parks was Vice-president and also managed the printing operation in Menlo Park, CA. There were four additional stockholders.
In 1976, Robert Parks purchased all of the Company stock from existing stock holders. Paper became more available at this time allowing the Company to grow into a more traditional printing company. The Company specializes in printing publications such as daily and weekly newspapers, and specialty publications.
The Company conducted business at 37428 Centralmont Place in Fremont, CA until January of 1998. At that time operations were moved to 33250 Transit Ave. Union City, CA where we have expanded our facilities and printing capability to meet our ever changing customer demands.
